As I understood from our conversation — and please correct me if I am mistaken — you are submitting a new design for the Encompass Home Health sign that is to be added to the existing free-standing sign at Rio Square (1024 Carrington Place), in which case you wish to withdraw your current ARB application (ARB2017-41). Is that correct? If you do not intend to withdraw your application to the ARB, a fee of $129 and your most up-to-date design (including the specifications of colors used) must be submitted prior to May 26, 2017. Please let me know how you intend to move forward by email. As the property in question is located on one of the County's Entrance Corridors, any changes to the exterior appearance (including signage) must undergo Entrance Corridor review by ARB staff. One reason that the application was deemed incomplete is that the processing fee of $129 for ARB review has not been remitted; however, there are also gaps in the application itself that need to be addressed. For more details, please see the letter attached to this email, which has been posted today. You have 15 business days (i.e., until May 26, 2017) to submit the additional and corrected documents and supporting materials so that your application for a permit can move forward. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me at this email address or at my telephone number below.
