Final inspections of the development of the Property will determine compliance with any approved site plan and building permits. • The Property is not subject to any known special exception or variance. This office has no record of a nonconforming use determination for the Property. • This office has no record of an open violation for the Property. • Copies of any applicable records may be obtained from this office with a request through the department's Records Manager, Paul Bjornsen, at pblornsen(a)_albemarle.org once they have been approved or issued.
