Thanks for your comments for SUB2016-239 Pantops LC.
Please find attached a pdf copy of the revised plat.
The plat has been revised to reflect your comments dated January 3, 2017.
1. D.B. 2934-476 is the reference for the current ownership of T.M. 78-5F (Pantops, LC).
We do not list the first page of the deeds where the plats are recorded because they are for
different ownerships and do not pertain to the current ownership of Parcel 5F.
Only the plat references (D.B. 1996-81 Plat and D.B. 405-475 Plat) currently pertain to Parcel 5F.
2. The width (125) has been added to the VEPCO easement from the deed recorded in D.B. 344-
323.
3. "Variable width" has been added to the ACSA easement from the deed recorded in D.B. 1157-720.
4. "Variable width" has been added to the Central Telephone Co. easement from the deed recorded
in D.B. 1154-133.
5. A revised date of January 4, 2017 has been added to the plat.
Please let me know when the plat is ready for owners notarized signatures.
