CoA approved (ARB2008-92) with a "Dark Bronze" roof
and trim color; in ARB2014-35 the applicants chose "Epic
Bronze" (presumably by Imetco, Series 300). This
application requests "Mocha" by Garland and "Chestnut"

by Imetco are more appropriate color choices given the
criteria inherent in the approved CoA

Re: Rivanna Water and Sewer Authority- Re -Roofing Project
Rivanna Water and Sewer Authority (RWSA) has determined that the roofs of several buildings
at the Moores Creek Advanced Water Resource Recovery Facility have reached the end of their
useful lives and are in need of replacement. This project will include the design for the roof
replacement of the following buildings:
100 - Moores Creek Pump Station
200 - Primary Pump Building
• 380 - Blower Building
• 420 - Sludge Pumping Building
• 580 - Effluent Pump Building
740 - Sludge Pump Station No. 2 (old incinerator building)
• 960 - Maintenance Building 1 (Shop)
• 970 - Maintenance Building 2 (Vehicle)
The existing metal roof and trim will be removed and replaced with an aluminum standing seam
metal roof panels and associated trim. The existing roof slope and size will remain. The color
selection and roof profiles of the aluminum panels will be required to match the existing
Administration Building previously submitted and approved by the Architectural Review Board
in 2014. Included in the package are a Garland Metal Color Chart (anticipated color selection
"Dark Bronze") and an Imetco Series 300 literature (anticipated color selection "Epic Bronze").
