OK Roof form Roof form must be consistent with the existing patterns of OK: existing roof slope and size replicated; profiles of the scale and proportion of the roof form of the existing building. aluminum panels will match existing Materials Materials must be consistent with the existing patterns of OK: replacing standing seam metal roof and trim with scale and proportion of the existing materials. No new vinyl. aluminum standing seam metal roof panels and trim Colors Colors must be coordinated with existing colors. CoA approved (ARB2008-92) with a "Dark Bronze" roof and trim color; in ARB2014-35 the applicants chose "Epic Bronze" (presumably by Imetco, Series 300). This application requests "Mocha" by Garland and "Chestnut" [trim] by Imetco, both of which are lighter than the approved colors. The "Dark Bronze" by Garland and "Epic Bronze" by Imetco are more appropriate color choices given the criteria inherent in the approved CoA Planting Trees and shrubs may be required to integrate the alteration N/A into the building and site.
