It is unlikely you will get Doug's signature today, as the County Attorney still has to approve the document to form
before it is pushed onto Doug for signature.
Regardless, I'm here today till 3:30pm for approval of the plat, after which approval of the plat shall wait till tomorrow,
I'll be back in the office at 6:30am.

Once the legal docs are signed/approved then the plat can fall/be approved.
Then you can come pick the items up and record them in the clerks office.

We've discussed this before, I believe it would be Lisa and Amelia. But they have said that the bonds for the rec area
won't be calculated till we have an approved plan.

I only calculate the WPO bond for the Rec Area (once we receive a request).
I'm not sure who would calculate the site bond, but I think it would be someone in Zoning.
