Dunnivan From: Tim Padalino, AICP (tpadalinonalbemarle.org) Division: Planning Date: May 24, 2017 Subject: SUB201700073 —Boundary Line Adjustment Plat(Wellons—Jackson) The Planner will recommend approval of the boundary line adjustment plat referred to above when the following items have been satisfactorily addressed. (The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.) This review was completed using the sections listed under Section 14-208.1 of the Subdivision Ordinance. Planning 1. [Section 14-302-B-(7)] Note G currently states that"This property is located in the South Fork Rivanna Water Supply Watershed,"which is incorrect according to Albemarle County GIS website data. Please revise Note G to state"These properties are located in the Buck Mountain Creek Water Supply Watershed." Staff has provided references to the County Code. The Code is kept up-to-date by the County Attorney's office and may be found at www.albemarle.org/countycode. In accord with the provisions of Section 14-229(B) of Chapter 14, if the subdivider fails to submit a revised plat to address all of the requirements within six(6)months after the date of this letter, then the application shall be deemed voluntarily withdrawn.
