1967 , and the limits of the rezoning to HC and CO districts are
shewn to be 650' in. depth mea~ured. from the old Rt.. 29 right-of-
way.The proposed site plan for-"River Heights" shoNs the HC
and CO district limits to be 650 t in depth measured from the new
"existing" highway right-of-way which is approximately 65' west of
