This is a proposal to open a wholesale distrìÞution center' o:fbaked goods
along with a rètail sales center for baked goods and a retail gas sales
outlet. The retail sales of baked goods and gas arepermit~ed on C-l
¥hi.ch is the currentzonìng however the whclesále dìstribution center for
baked goods is not permitted in C-l but is permitted in IHghway Commercial.
Therefore, we arè applyiJ)g for He which does allow wholesale distrib\ltion
by iight and we would want to prqffer and limit the use to e1e following:
