The Albemarle County Board.of Supervisors at its meeting on
August 14, 1984 approved the request to rezone 2.7 acres from R-IO
to CO on the north side of Rio Road about 0.4 mile east of Route 29
North (Tax Map 61, Parcels l24A and 124B) with the proffer dated
August 9, 1984 regarding rezoned area to be accessed only from
the proposed townhouse access road.
