The Albemarle County Board of Supervisors, at its meeting- on October 9, 1985, approved by a vote of 5/0 the above noted request to rezone 28.29 acres from R-1, Residential to R~15, Residential with proffer. This property is located on the east side of 250 Bypass with access from Old Ivy Road.
