2, part b, is actuaLly "buffer", and with the understanding that
."public roads" in a) means state-maintained roads as stated by Mr. Bill
Roudabush at the meeting of. June 12. (Copy of proffer is attached).

with a density of 3 units per acre stated in your letter.
