I have relistened to the tape of the June 20, 1979, meeting at which the
Board of Supervisors approved the above mentioned zoning request. I now
agree with your interpretation of. the Board action on this request and
am setting their approval out in full below. The approval does not match
either the Planning Conunission's action, nor what was advertised for
public hearing since the applicant am~nded his proffer several times at
this meeting.

Property and that portion of the Ross Property to be rezoned R~3 to the
same 375 units as currently permitted under an approved Mowinckel Special
Use Permit.
2. Rezoning of Bennington Woods Subdivision from R-3 to R-2, and
limitations of the total number of dwelling units in the subdivision to 33.
1. Limitation of usø of the 2.467 acres being rezoned R-3 and
the approximately 3.1 acres being removed from Barclay Place and included
in Georgetown Woods to 57 dwelling units.
