R-3 Proffer (Tax Map 61, Parcel 42A, part thereof) I have relistened to the tape of the June 20, 1979, meeting at which the Board of Supervisors approved the above mentioned zoning request. I now agree with your interpretation of. the Board action on this request and am setting their approval out in full below. The approval does not match either the Planning Conunission's action, nor what was advertised for public hearing since the applicant am~nded his proffer several times at this meeting. Lettie E.
