10. The buffer area adjacent to the Airport Acres subdi~ion will be graded so as to
maintain the natural topography of that propeItYJ1' J<1 the area reqUir, ed to grade the
bank on a two to one slope to the edge of the ¡Ì!ÍtI<i!ig'W¡r"adway and in such a
manner as to continue to provide, adequate storm drainage facilities for that section of
the property. The planting of the screening trees or the building of berms will be
done in a manner to insulate as far as is feasible the glare, noise, and visibility of the
project from the adjacent residential neighborhood.
