The Albemarle County Board of supervisors, at its meeting on
November 16, 1988, unanimously, app:r:òved the above-noted request
to rezone approximately 45 acres from R-l, Residential to R-l0,
Residential. Property, located: on the east side of Rt. 20N
approximately one-half mile north of its intersection with Rt.
250E. APPROVED rezoning of 15 acres centered around the existing
complex of buildings, as proffered in the attached letter dated
November 10, 1988, addressed to John Horne, from Charles
Caldwell, Administrator, Lafayette Academy, Inc., and'verbally
clarified by Mr. Caldwell. Mr. Caldwell also verbally added a
third pròffer as follows: liThe property would be used only for
the school and professional offices as described in the
application presented to the Board at its meeting on N,Ç>verober 16,
1988."
