Box 187 Crozet, VA 22932 I RE: ZMA-89-10 scottsville School Tax Map 130A(2), Parcel 76A and part of Parcel 76 Tax Map 131, part of Parcel 81A Dear Mr. Munger: The Albemarle County Board .of Supervisors, at its meeting on Septembèr 6, 1989, unanimously approved the above-noted request to rezone approximately 2.3 acres from R-IO Residential to R-15 Residential to allow for the development of 34 low to moderate income elderly apartment units. Please note that this approval is subject to the following conditions: 1. No more than, thirty-five (35) residential apartments will be developed on the property. There will be no further additions or expansions of any type on the site; ~. 2. Tenancy will be limited to persons of low to moderate income, aged 62 and over; 3. The property will not be used for any of the uses allowed under R-15 zoning prior to the satisfaction of all terms, conditions and contingencies set forth in the contract dated January 13, 1988, between the petitioner and County of Albemarle, and any amendments or extensions thereto.
