The Albemarle County Board of Supervisors, at its meeting on
August 9, 1'989, acted on the above noted request to rezone
192.410 aCJ:1es from RA, Rural Areas to R-4, Residential.
Property, ~ocated between the C & 0 Railway and Rt. 240,
approximat~ly one-half mile west of intersection of Rt. 240
and Rt. 250; a smaller piece of the property is located on
the north side of Rt.240 between Rt. 240 and Rt. 802. Tax
Map 57" Parc,?ls 29 and 29D. White Hall Magisterial
District. ~lease note that the Board unanimously approved
the rezonin~ from RA to R-4, but only for 117 acres with
proffers as follows:----
