The only other suggestion I have is to make sure there are no smoking signs posted and a fire extinguisher installed underneath the tent. Assistant Fire Marshal Zach Matthews is scheduled to meet you on site at Dick's Sporting Goods on Thursday around 4:30PM for the tent inspection/permit issuance.
