Thanks for reaching out. Everything looks fine on our end. We are in receipt of your application and payment. The only
other suggestion I have is to make sure there are no smoking signs posted and a fire extinguisher installed underneath
the tent. Assistant Fire Marshal Zach Matthews is scheduled to meet you on site at Dick's Sporting Goods on Thursday
around 4:30PM for the tent inspection/permit issuance. Should you need to reach him that day, his cell number is 434-
531-9212. I've also cc'd him on this email in case you have additional questions. Thank you and take care.

Good Morning:
I wanted to reach out to you both to verify we are in line to receive permitting by end of day Thursday of this week for
our Tent Sale to kick off on Friday. I apologize to be the nagging retail manager, however I have had some bad
experiences in the past in other communities. Our tent is to be constructed on Thursday late morning with a 4:30 time
set up for Inspection from the Fire Chief. Missi my administrative assistant has went into the online pay system and has
paid all fees at this point.
If there is anything else you need from us please let us know.
Thank you both for your tremendous help in getting this up to speed in a very short time,
