As discussed Please agree to the following: 1) Breakfast is the only meal served for overnight guests. 2) All foods are to come from approved sources (no wild gathered foods or "home canned" items). 3) Follow the approved number of bedrooms and do not exceed the total occupancy. 4) Provide the local health department with annual bacteriological and nitrate water samples. Recommendations: 1) Provide shielded temperature thermometers in all refrigeration units and keep foods at 41°F or less. 2) Provide a chefs thermometer (scaled at least 0°F - 220°F) to verify proper cooking temperatures for certain breakfast foods. 3) Have the septic tank completely pumped out every 3-5 years to protect the septic system and help extend the life of the septic field. Maintain these maintenance records for future reference. 4) Meet all applicable fire safety laws and verify working smoke detectors for each room (or floor) as needed. At your convenience, please send an email back to eric.myersftvdh.viroinia oov that the top points (1-4) are agreed to. Sincerely, Eric S.
