Those parcels are not part of the proposed boundary line adjustment; please explain why they are referenced here. Is this a typographical error that is supposed to read T.M. 33-25A? Recommended Changes: 2. 14-302(A)(10) — Please reword Note B on Sheet 1 as follows: "No development rights are being added to T.M.P. 47-43 through the addition of the 12.49 acres." 3. 14-302(A)(10) — On sheet 1, please combine the amended Note B with Note C since they each deal with development rights for T.M.P. 47-43. 4. 14-303(C) — The tables on Sheet 2 that measure the individual line courses from Point A to B and Point B to C mentions specific numbers for each segment. However, the proposed lot line on the drawing is not labeled. Please provide a label for each segment on the drawing that corresponds with the distances shown in the tables.
