1. 14-302(A)(10) — Note D on Sheet 1 references "T.M. 33-55A and T.M. 33-15A." Those
parcels are not part of the proposed boundary line adjustment; please explain why they are
referenced here. Is this a typographical error that is supposed to read T.M. 33-25A?
Recommended Changes:
2. 14-302(A)(10) — Please reword Note B on Sheet 1 as follows: "No development rights are
being added to T.M.P. 47-43 through the addition of the 12.49 acres."
3. 14-302(A)(10) — On sheet 1, please combine the amended Note B with Note C since they
each deal with development rights for T.M.P. 47-43.
4. 14-303(C) — The tables on Sheet 2 that measure the individual line courses from Point A to B
and Point B to C mentions specific numbers for each segment. However, the proposed lot line on the
drawing is not labeled. Please provide a label for each segment on the drawing that corresponds with
the distances shown in the tables. Staff suggests adjusting the line weight of the proposed parcel
boundary so that the control points, line segments, and labels are more legible.

Here are the comments for this boundary line adjustment application.
Required changes:
