A 5'tall chain link fence around the perimeter of the property has been added to the plan. This includes a sliding gate, fitted with screening slats located approximately 60'from the front property line which creates a secure parking and vehicle storage area. 2. Customer and employee parking locations remain in the same general locations, however the parking space alignments have been revised. 3. A service vehicle parking area has been delineated near the northeast corner of the parcel. 4. I sign post, and 30"X48" sign has been added near the entrance to the parcel. 5. Towed vehicle storage and temporary parts storage has been delineated at the rear of the lot. 6. A 31'X19' concrete dumpster pad and dumpster has been added near the south east corner of the parcel. 7. White pine screening at the rear of the lot has been replaced with a densely vegetated, 5'chain link fence as well as a tree line just beyond the fence of dense vegetation. 8. Company vehicle parking has been delineated within the secure parking area, along the northeast property line. 9. A metal exhaust vent has been added to the front corner of the proposed building. fg We have attached full size of the revised plans for your review.
