You may consider this letter your Certificate of Appropriateness. This approval is predicated on the fact that the design and materials, as proposed and illustrated, will be used. The acceptance of approval implies that the applicant has agreed to execute the design as indicated on the submittal items presented. Any changes in the approved design will require a new application and additional review. PLEASE NOTE: A CHECKED BOX MEANS THESE CONDITIONS APPLY TO YOUR SIGN APPROVAL ® This ARB approval is only one approval required prior to installing a sign. An approved sign permit is also required. Please do not proceed with the construction or installation of your sign until you have received your signed permit. You may consider this letter your Certificate of Appropriateness. This approval is predicated on the fact that the design and materials, as proposed and illustrated, will be used. The acceptance of approval implies that the applicant has agreed to execute the design as indicated on the submittal items presented. Any changes in the approved design will require a new application and additional review. To add lighting, the applicant must first obtain ARB approval and an approved electrical permit. This Certificate of Appropriateness does not address the illuminated, channel -letter wall sign that was requested as part of the ARB 2017-44 application. As indicated to you in a memo dated May 30, 2017, revisions are required to make the wall sign consistent with ARB Guidelines and the approved Comprehensive Sign Plan for the Town and Country Shopping Center. Once revisions that resolve all outstanding issues are received, a separate Certificate of Appropriateness can be issued for the wall sign.
