Attached is a template for you to utilize to draft up your deed of dedication for the drainage easements (as
mentioned in comment#8 from the comment letter). One thing that should be changed/modified is the County
Executive's signature line to utilize Douglas C. Walker. See attached/scanned example of the most recent one
that made it through.

Please find the enclosed SWM deed and easement plat associated with a WPO permit application for
the referenced project(WP0201600021).
Please "approve to form" and route the deed for Mr. Walker's signature, if you agree that it is ready to
be executed. I've attached a copy of the plat for your reference and will seek Subdivision Agent
signature on the plat once the deed has been executed.

Attached is the recorded SWM agreement w/DBPG#related to WP02016-21, which is the WPO for the
Woodlawn subdivision. As discussed please draft up the Open Space and Forestal legal document for this
applicant and shoot it his way(and CC me). A copy of the plat is located on your seat with a printed hard copy
of this email.
