So if you do not object I'll place the information on the plat as a note. We need to verify with you that State Route 606 has added capacity for one more lot. By my count, it appears that the number of lots accessing Dickerson Road (606) via Lonicera Way(a private street)will increase from 120 lots to 121 lots, or an additional 10 VPD.
