As part of the review process, I utilize the Boundary Line Adjustment Plat Checklist (available on the CDD website) to verify that the proposal includes all of the necessary, requested information. One of those checklist items is a soils evaluation (under 14.309 & 14.310), but before I request that additional information, perhaps you are able to inform me: do you know where the primary and reserve drain fields for the residence on the residual parcel (42-1A) are in relation to the parcel X, the .2 acre wedge of land to be added to the revised parcel (42-113)? I want to ensure that this boundary line adjustment does not adversely affect any existing facilities, such as septic.
