Dear David,
I have reviewed your most recent revisions (site plan set 4/10/17, sheet C7 revised 6/22/17) for the above -referenced
application for the Final Site Plan for the Malloy Ford Auto Dealership site at 2070 Seminole Trail in Charlottesville.
These revisions satisfy the outstanding conditions of ARB approval. You may consider this letter your Certificate of
Appropriateness.
This approval is predicated on the fact that the design and materials, as proposed for review, will be used. The acceptance
of approval implies that the applicant has agreed to execute the design as indicated on the site plan, attachments, materials,
samples, and other submittal items presented. Any change in the approved design or materials will require an amendment
to the plan and a new application.
