For the Briarwood Rec Area: The SWM Maintenance Agreement needs to be approved and recorded. Once it is recorded we can format the Deed of Dedication to go with the plat. I'll format the Deed and send it to you to be signed. Once that has been returned and approved and signed by the County Attorney and the County Executive, we'll send it and the plat back to you to be recorded. Once it is recorded we can approve the WPO plan (WPO2016-50).The WPO plan will need to be bonded and you can send in the request now.The road plan for Briarwood Phase 4 and portion of Phase 6 (SUB2016-8)will need to be approved and bonded before the Briarwood Rec Area final site plan can be approved.The Rec Area site plan can then be bonded with Zoning. For the Briarwood Phase 4 and 6 Road Plans: There is two outstanding comments to be addressed and the road plans (SUB2015-8) can be approved and bonded.
