Yes to number one. The gray slate is the siding we are using on the back of the building and intend to tie it into the side gable. The front gable, along with the fascia and soffits will be arctic white. 2. We plan to leave the decking natural and will gladly stain the rim joists and guard rails. If you have any further questions or advice feel free to get in touch. I appreciate it. Peace! Chad Heather McMahon July 6, 2017 at 12:57 PM Hi Chad, Thank you for submitting the supplementary documents and materials yesterday. Your application is now complete, and I have already begun to review it. I have two questions that need clarification, however, as the materials schedule was still lacking and the materials key did not specify color: 1. The "gray slate" -colored cementitious siding is intended only for the gable face on the fagade, which is the shorter elevation that is oriented southeast, correct? The gable face which is oriented towards the Entrance Corridor will be "arctic white" -colored cementitious siding, as will be the fascia and soffits, correct? file:///1:/DEPT/Community%20Development/Planning%20Division/Design%20Planning/ARB/action%201etter/2017/Other/ARB%202017-66%20Calvary... 1/3 7/10/2017 ARB2017-66 Correspondence. htm Do you intend to paint the natural, pressure -treated wooden posts and railings or leave them untreated? ARB standards and criteria would prefer that the natural pressure -treated wood be painted to match the cementitious siding, or at the very least stained. Please convey your intention in regard this element. I look forward to hearing from you soon so that I may complete this review.
