WHSB, LLC is purchasing the Property and pursuing a loan from Wachovia Multifamily Capital, Inc. concurrent with this zoning confirmation request. 1) The Property is zoned Planned Unit Development (PUD), and according to Section 20.3.1 of Chapter 18 of the Albemarle County Code Multiple Family Dwellings are permitted By Right within this zoning classification. 2) There are no known outstanding zoning violations with respect to the Property and there are no pending administrative, legislative orjudicial proceedings which would in any manner adversely affect the status of the current zoning for the Property. 3) The Property is not located within any overlay districts or special assessment districts. 4) Parking on the Property complies with the current zoning classification.
