This letter is to inform you that your variance application, VA-2000-025, was heard by the Albemarle
County Board of Zoning Appeals on September 7, 2000. The Board ruled (5:0) to approve your request
subject to the following condition:
This sign is for one sign. Any additional sign (unless permitted by new ordinance language), will
require amendment to this variance.
This approval allows relief from Section 4.15.12.6 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow a wall
sign fo be installed 23 feet above grade, a variance of 3 feet.
