Dear Sir or Madam:
We are consultants and advisors to Michael W. Worley, the owner of the captioned
described real property which consists of two tax parcels, although the Department of
Finance continues to bill them as one parcel. The purpose of this letter and the enclosed
Application and supporting documents is to ascertain the action that the County will
require to allow Lots 8 and 9 to be taxed as separate single family residential lots and to
permit possible development of single family residence on Lot 9. We recognize that a
permanent access easement must be granted over Lot 9.
We include herewith for your review and comment the following documents:
1. Application for Official Letter of Determination.
2. Check for $100 payable to the County of Albemarle.
3. Recorded deed dated June 12, 1987 from Henry J. Barrell and Catherine
Barrell to Michael W. Worley and Lillian M. Worley.
4. Recorded Subdivision Plat of Clover's Airport Acres dated 7-1-59.
5. Recorded deed dated November 30, 2012 from Lillian M. Worley to Michael
W. Worley.
6. Survey dated December 6, 2013 of Tax Map Parcel 32A-1-8 Lots 8 & 9,
Clover Airport Acres prepared by Commonwealth Landsurveying, Inc.
7. Paid Tax Bill due December 5, 2013 for Tax Map Parcel 32A-1-8.
