Dear Mr. W
We are proposing an elevator addition to the existing Comfort Inn hotel, located on 2097
Inn Drive to comply with current Accessibility Code requirements. This addition will
increase building footprint by 238sgft gross, and total building area by 476 sgft gross.
We are also reducing total number of non -accessible parking spaces by 2, reducing the
total amount of regular parking space to 133. We have also added an additional handicap
parking spac� to comply with current building code.
