Your only comment on the above referenced plat was "1. The Forest & Open Space Easement will need to be recorded and the Deed Book information filled in on Note 15 on sheet 1 and on the label on sheet 2. " The bonding of these two items matters for my approval of the final plat. I was wondering if you all noticed that the final plat no longer dedicates to public use the frontage along Woodlands Rd fronting Lot 2. The preliminary plat depicted this dedication but the final does away with it across Lot 2's frontage. I'd like to get this dedication if we can. Does VDOT have any teeth on this request? The applicant has provided soils information for the proposed division which is attached. Please review the proposal for suitable subsurface drainfields which comply with the provisions of Chapter 18, Sections 4.2.2,4.2.3,4.2.4,and Chapter 14, Sections 14-309 and 14- 310 of the Albemarle County Code. Prior to distributing the soil work to the Virginia Department of Health(VDH) we need a plat submittal to send it with. I plan to hold onto this soil work till you submit the final plat, at which time I'll distribute the soil work for VDH review.I'll note that the County is actively reviewing your road plans for the division.
