Mr.Beights:
The Agent for the Board of Supervisors hereby grants administrative approval to the above referenced preliminary
subdivision plat.
This approval shall be valid for a period of five(5)years from the date of this letter,provided that the developer
submits a final plat for all or a portion of the site within one(1)year after the date of this letter as provided in the
Section 14-226 of the Code of the County of Albemarle,and thereafter diligently pursues approval of the final plat.
The final plat will not be considered to have been officially submitted until the following items arc received:
1. A final plat that satisfies all of the requirements of section 14-303 and sections 14-304 through 14-318 of
the Code,and the conditions attached to this letter.
2. Applicable fee outlined in the application.
Please submit 9 copies of the final plat to the Community Development Department.The assigned Lead Reviewer
will then distribute the plat to all reviewing agencies.Once you receive the first set of comments on the final plat,
please work with each reviewer individually to satisfy their requirements.
The Department of Community Development shall not accept submittal of the final plat for signature until tentative
approvals for the attached conditions from the following agencies/reviewers have been obtained:

Considering the similarities between "Woodland Road" and "Woodlawn Road" it would be better to use a

As requested by your department,I have reviewed the preliminary subdivision plat for the Woodlawn Rural Subdivision,
Lots 1-8. While I see that primary&reserve drainfield and private well sites have been identified on Sheets C3,0 and
C3.1,our office has yet to receive site&soil evaluations for each lot. These evaluations can either be prepared by a
licensed Onsite Soil Evaluator(OSE),or a professional engineer in consultation with an OSE and submitted along with a
request from your department for Health Department review.

Re: SUB-2015-00220 Woodlawn Rural Subdivision Revised Preliminary Plat
Dear Mr. Perez,
We have reviewed the revised preliminary plat for Woodlawn dated 02/15/16 as submitted by
Timmons and offer the following comments:
1. We have no objections to the private entrance remaining,on condition that adequate sight
distance is shown for the private entrance.
- `2. Previous comments,dated January 20, 2016,regarding providing connectivity to TMP
44-4K and the development having multiple connections have not been addressed.This
will need to be properly addressed before the subdivision roads can be considered for
state maintenance.
3. A Land Use Permit will be required prior to the beginning of any work within the Route 676
right-of-way.
4. Additional comments may be made once road plans are submitted.
