Dear Mr. Shifflett,
This letter is to revise the previously approved request (dated 5/22/17) to amend the Certified
Welding site plan for Shull's Wrecker and Repair, Inc. This revised approval permits the changes
shown on Sheet C2.0 of the enclosed plan set (last revised 6/19/17 and initialed JTN, 6/23/17).
This revised approval is still considered the lst Letter of Revision for this site. Under current
County policy, up to two additional revisions may be permitted before all of the previously
approved changes must be incorporated into a Minor or Major Amendment to the site plan.
