LANDSCAPING PLAN
In area which are not disturbed by grading (principally the southern side of
the station), the existing vegetation will remain as a natural buffer. This
vegetation consists of r-nedium woods containing a mixture of evergreen and
deciduous trees.
In areas disturbed
by
grading, the Cooperative will
plant shrubs and trees to
provide a visual barrier.
In locations where overhead power lines preclude
the use of tall trees,
the Cooperative will install a
hedge of photinia fraseri of
similar shrub. In
all
other areas, the Cooperative
will plant a double row of
pinus strobus on
15'
centers.
