Dear Mr. Gibson:
The Albemarle County Board of Supervisors, at its meeting on April 15, 1998, approved the
ewe-noted request to rezone approximately 2.3 acres to amend the PUD to permit additional
uses. Please note that this approval is subject to acceptance of the applicant's proffers as set out
on the attached amended proffer form, undated and signed by Phil Wendel.
