Carter Myers, III, President, C.M.A. Properties, Inc., as follows: "(1) that no use will be placed on the 1.091 acre parcel located at the west end of Myers Drive which would generate traffic in excess of 200 trips per day from that use of the parcel, based on the latest edition of the Trip Generation Standards published by the Institute of Transportation Engineers." .
