The Albemarle County Board of Supervisors, at its meeting on January 18, 1995, approved the
above-noted request to rezone 108.2 acres from R-I and R-15 to R-6; to rezone 62 acres from
Rural Areas to R-4 and to rezone 154 acres from Rural Areas to R-l. flS ornffered in pttPI" rhtp~
January 5, 1995, from Charles W. Hurt, Virginia Land Trust, to William D. Fritz, Department of
Planning & Community Development, received in the Planning Department on January 17, 1995
(copyatiached). The Board denied the request to rezone 2.4 acres from R-15 to C-I and to
rezone those areas above 600 feet elevation.

Property of North Pantops on State Route 250 and State Route 20
Dear Mr. Fritz,
1.
Access to the property will be limited to one (1) entrance off of Route 20 North
across from Elks Drive at the Wilton entrance and two (2) points of access on
Route 25G in the area of the existing frontage.

management facilities and the like except as approved by the County Engineer.
Topographic infonnation for all portions of the property will be provided with 5
foot or less contour intervals.
3. Ten trees per acre shall be provided or retained nn all lot degignated areas of the
final approved plans. Deciduous trees shall be 1 1/2" to ~,. in caliper; non-
deciduous trees shall be four to five feet in height. Location shall be distributed
among all lots.
These proffers will continue to remain in effect in the event that the Board of Supervisors
does not rezone the areas requested for commercial use or those areas above 600 feet.
