Hurt, Virginia Land Trust, to William D. Fritz, Department of Planning & Community Development, received in the Planning Department on January 17, 1995 (copyatiached). The Board denied the request to rezone 2.4 acres from R-15 to C-I and to rezone those areas above 600 feet elevation.
