Proposal Contains Two Provisions
Simplifies the plan submittal
process
Current requirement is a one size
fits all solution.
Proposal will allow the County to
require detailed information
appropriate to the size and setting
of the proposed market.
Uses a process similar to that used
for other activities.
Farmers' Markets by -right in
the RA and VR.
May be supportive of rural
economy.
Does not have limits. Site plan
provisions would be only
controlling factor.
Has not been discussed extensively
in a public process.
Is not recommended for approval
by the Planning Commission
Possible Motions
I move to approve ZTA 2017-04 Farmers' Market, and adopt
the ordinance contained in Attachment E - Version 1.
or
I move to deny ZTA 2017-04
move to approve ZTA 2017-04 Farmers' Market, and adopt the ordinance
contained in Attachment F - Version 2.
