The applicant states: "The deed of easement for the sight distance easement that is on the B Properties property was approved already and the attached two deeds are set up to mirror the same form. None are not set up for County signature but let us know if you would like us to make that change."This is my only concern, as the sight distance easement/deed of easement associated with SUB2017-53 was approved on 5-24-17 and has Doug Walker's signature on it(see attached).
