Do you have any objection? Do you have any recommended conditions of approval? The applicant is anxious to finalize event details. The applicant has addressed my parking concerns. I have suggested that on -street parking only be allowed on one side as highlighted below. Thanks! I'm not sure how you would control that unless they have someone parking vehicles to make sure the access stays open. I haven't evaluated whether it can accommodate on -street parking yet but have concerns about back-ups onto Rt. 250. Please let me know if y'all have any comment or concerns about proposed parking or event set-up around the building. The festival is a fundraiser for the local non-profit, International Neighbors, which works closely with the International Rescue to assist refugees from war -torn and politically unstable areas of the world. The actual festival will only be open the public between noon and 6:00 Pig, with 90 minutes set aside for vendor set: up and breakdown. The festival will feature. approximately 30 artist booths, two musical groups, and several food and beverage vendors. All activity will be outdoors. Virginia Land is supporting the festival by providing parking accommodations along Hansen Road, and Adjacent to Rolkin Road if necessary for the duration of t he festis al.
