Do you have any objection? Do you have any recommended conditions of approval? The applicant is anxious to finalize event details. The applicant has addressed my parking concerns. I haven't evaluated whether it can accommodate on -street parking yet but have concerns about back-ups onto Rt. 250. Please let me know if y'all have any comment or concerns about proposed parking or event set-up around the building.
