ZMA 4.:2-01 ~ COUNTY OF ALBEMARLE Dept. of Planning & Community Development 401 McIntire Road Charlottesville, Virginia 22902-4596 (804) 296-5823 May 22, 1992 Caleb stowe 1100 Dryden Lane Charlottesville, VA 22901 RE: ZMA-92-0l Ednam Associates Tax Map 60, Parcel 28Al Dear Mr. stowe: The Albemarle County Board of supervisors, at its meeting on May 13, 1992, unanimously approved the above-noted request ~ to amend existing R-lO, Residential (proffered) zoning on 1 1.892 acres to PRD, Planned Residential Development to permit three dwelling units in existing Ednam House. Please note that note this approval is subject to the following: Revised Aqreements for ZMA-80-19 to Incorporate Aqreements for ZMA-92-01: 1. Approval is for a maximum of 140 dwelling units in locations and types in accordance with land use summary of the approved plan. (Commission approved the amended land use summary.) Specifically, multi-storied residential structures shall be restricted to site A, E and G; (Land Use Summary enc.); 2. Virginia Department of Highways and Transportation approval of commercial entrances and road improvements as shown on the approved plan; 3. County Engineer approval of internal roads and parking, drainage, grading plans and impoundment dam; 4. Fire Official approval oÎ fire hydrant locations and fire flow requirements, emergency access provisions, and handicapped parking; 6. County Attorney's approval of Homeowners' maintenance agreements; 7. The Existing Manor House on Tax Map 60, Parcel 28Al may be converted into three dwellings. Virginia 22901-4596 (804) 296-5823 April 8, 1992 Caleb Stowe 1100 Dryden Lane Charlottesville, VA 22901 RE: ZMA~92-01 Ednam Associates Dear Mr. Stowe: As we have discussed, the above request has been amended to be a request to rezone approximately 1.8 acres from R-10 to PRD. Staff has reviewed this request as an amendment to the ~ Ednam PRD approved with ZMA-80-19 and recommends utilizing . the original PRD agreements with addition of item 7. The recommended agreements are: 1. Approval is for a maximum of 140 dwelling units in locations and types in accordance with land use summary of the approved plan. (Commission approved the amended land use summary.) Specifically, multi-storied residential structures shall be restricted to Sites A, E and G; (Land use summary enc.) 2. Virginia Department of Highways and Transportation approval of commercial entrances and road improvements as shown on the approved plan; 3.
