Property located on the northeast side of Rio Road approximately 1/4 mile south of Greenbrier Drive. Please note that this approval is subject to the following proffer: "We propose that uses of the property being requested for rezoning shall be restricted to those uses listed under: Section 23.2.1, Items 4, 7, 8 and those uses listed under: Section 23.2.2."
