Dear Mr. O'Neil:

The Albemarle County Board of Supervisors, at its meeting on March 20,
1991, approved the above-noted req~est to amend the HC, Highway
Commercial zoning (proffered) under ZMA-87-l3 which restricted the
parcel to use as a self-storage facility only (Entrance Corridor
Overlay). The new proffer would allow 400 square feet for commercial
rental office use for no more than two (2) employees. Property, located
on the west side of Rt. 29N approximately 600 feet north of intersection
with Rt. 631 (Rio Road). Please note that this request was approved
subject to the following proffers:
1. Use of the property shall be limited to use as a self storage
facility and office space which meets the following requirements:
a. There can be no more than two employees excluding the one in
the storage office;
b. The net office is not more than 400 square feet.
