The Albemarle County Board of Supervisors, at its meeting on
May 2, 1990, unanimously approved the above-noted petitions.
Please note that ZMA-90-04 and ZMA-90-05 were approved as
proffered in letter dated march 21, 1990, from Mr. Stephen
N. Runkle, The Kessler Group, addressed to Mr. Bill Fritz,
Planning Department and in accord with Plan for Townhouse B,
Forest Lakes, Albemarle County, Virginia, dated February 20,
1990, prepared by Roudabush, Gale & Associates, Inc.,
initialed by V. Wayne Cilimberg on May 2, 1990.
