I ~ _ }) RE: Rezoning of Forest Lakes Associates, Tract IV, 4.145 acres from R1 to Cl (ZMA-89-19) Dear Bill: With regard to the above referenced rezoning request, I hereby proffer the following: ~ 1. To grant an access easement from Tract IV to Tract III. 2. To limit the entrances from Tract IV to Worth Crossing to one entrance. 3. That landscaping on Tract IV will be similar to the landscaping required for Z~~-88-16 (Shopping Center) . 4. I will reserve 60 feet from the center line of Route 649 to the property line of Tract IV, for future widening of Route 649. If I can be of further assistance, please feel free to contact me.
