BOARD OF SUPERVISORS ACTION
Dear Sirs and Madam:
The Albemarle County Board of Supervisors at its meeting November 12, 1980,
approved your petition for ZMA-80-14 subject to the following conditions:
1. Approval is for the addition of two lots for a maximum of 62 lots.
Location and acreage shall comply substantially with the approved
plan. Open space shall be dedicated to include these two lots in
Phase Ii
2. County Attorney approval of inclusion of two lots into the Homeowners'
Agreement prior to final approval;
3. Written Health Department approval of two septic field locations for
each loti no septic field shall be sited on any slopes of 25% or
greateri
4. Compliance with other applicable conditions of ZMA-79-12¡
Condition number five was changed to read as follows:
5. Waiver of condition 11 of June 20, 1979, Board Action will be granted,
provided Highway Department permit has been issued for that entrance.
