By this letter we are notifying you that Murcielago, LLC operates The Lodge at Mount Ida
Reserve, a wedding venue and vineyard in your area hosting wedding events of up to 200 people
almost every weekend during March through November. Events run less frequently during the
winter months, with approximately 10-15 weddings held on weekends in December through
February.
Zoning clearance has been filed with the county of Albemarle to host these events. The
reference number CLE201700133.
