The Agent has completed the review of the boundary line adjustment plat titled "Boundary Survey — 0.17 Acres — Being a
Portion of the Lands of John Foster, Jr. & Eiley Patterson to be Added and Combined With the Lands of Jacob A. Neal &
Shannon M. Pollock Located on Schoolhouse Hill in Batesville" and dated July 26, 2017. This review was completed
using the sections listed under Section 14-208.1 of the Subdivision Ordinance.
No necessary revisions have been identified; as such, you may submit notarized signature copies for County approval.
In accord with the provisions of Section 14-229(B) of Chapter 14, if the subdivider fails to submit a revised plat to address
all of the requirements within six (6) months after the date of this letter (as may be applicable), then the application shall
be deemed voluntarily withdrawn.
