Hermanson, President liillow Lake Developers, Incorporated Post Office Box 38 Charlottesville, Virginia 22901 Re: ZMA-84-l Willow Lake Developers, Incorporated Dear Mr. Hermanson: The Albemarle County Board of Superrisors, at its meeting of April 18, 1984, approved your above-referenced rezoning request with proffered plan of development, subject to the following proffers as shown on a site plan entitled "willow Lake Residential Community, Albemarle County, Virginia," prepared by Gloeckner, Lincoln and Osborne, Inc.., dated February 28, 1984, and revised April 3, 1984: 1. Site ~rainage shall comply with the requirements of the County Stormwater Detention Ordinance. 2. All roads shall be dedicated to public use and shall be designed to current Virginia Department of Highways and Transportation standards. 3. W~ter and sewer shall be dedicated to Albemarle County Service -!\uthority and shall be designed and installed to meet its 'requirements. 4. All existinq wooded areas shall be preserved except for clearinq necessary for construct1on of roads, drives, utility lines and dwellings. 5. All units will be constructed using wood siding stained with earth tones to m1nimize visual impact. I Mr. Fred H. Where natural or proposed screening does not exist, units will be oriented to face Route 20. Specifically, these are the units on lots f19, 20, 21, 24, 25, 26, 27, 34, 36, 37, 38, 39 and 40 and attached units 1, 2, 3 and 4. 7. Single family four unit clusters will be desianed with roof lines to appear as large single family houses wheñ viewed from Route 20. 8. Single family four unit clusters adjacent to Piedmont Virginia Community College will utilize berming and low roof heights to reduce light and sound impact from P.V.C.C. , 9.
